The 4th And Goal Team works together to block and protect our players from behaviors that caused their 1st, 2nd and 3rd downs. 4th And Goal cultivates a “never give up on your goals” culture.

The best treatments for any condition are prevention and early intervention. 4th and Goal founder, Levi Joshua, has championed this mission throughout his entire career, addressing the needs of youth and families by meeting them where they are.

4th And Goal Services

Since 2014, 4th And Goal offers a range of services for youth and families. We offer individual, family, and group therapies, along with home and community-based services for youth and families. 

We are mission focused. We work so that families stay together, in their homes, schools, and communities, while having access to the resources, skills, and interventions to function safely and adaptively with the challenges that arise in their lives. 

These services are offered through a variety of contracts and payors, for those youth and families that qualify.
