Meet Our Founder & Director
Levi Joshua, BGS
Founder & Director
As a graduate of East Chicago Central High School and Indiana University, Levi Joshua has been actively rendering a helping hand, attentive ear and instructive tongue to children and their families for more than 25 years. Mr. Joshua gained most of his experience working with youth and families during his time as a Lake County Juvenile Probation Officer. He has experience providing home-based family centered case work services to youth and families via DCS contracted services.
Mr. Joshua has provided home based family centered case work services and Transition from Restrictive Placements Services (TRP), in which he assisted youth transitioning from a restrictive settings to their homes and communities. Mr. Joshua has facilitated several after school and summer enrichment programs. In addition, Mr. Joshua has experience as a substitute teacher, a high school special education teacher and a high school counselor providing such services as tutoring, attendance and behavioral interventions plans, mentoring and cultural enrichment outings to students in three school districts in Lake County, Indiana. Mr. Joshua continues to maintain a positive relationships with the staff and the various agencies in Lake County, IN. and in various cities/counties in the State of Indiana.
